Woods Hatchery in San Marcos, Texas is run by the Texas Parks and Wildlife (TPWD) and “specializes in rearing fingerling sport-fish for stocking more than 300 Texas reservoirs.” This video shows catfish feeding on floating pellets as well as being loaded into shipping and holding troughs to be delivered to lakes and waterways throughout Texas.
